Stronger together: Reflections on our celebration of Women’s History Month

Last month Barracuda celebrated Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day. We were joined by men and women from many different companies and locations around the world. Together, these amazing individuals shared experiences, wisdom, hopes, and encouragement with each other and the public.

Many of our friends and colleagues graciously allowed us to post their stories on our LinkedIn page. We have compiled these contributions into a single document and included it below for you to share and enjoy.

I would like to personally thank the participants, and I am very grateful for their leadership. They inspired me with their calls to action and reminded me to always:

• Be authentic. Have the courage to speak up, listen to understand, be a lifelong learner, and celebrate diversity.


• Be balanced. Focus on what is important, give myself the space and time to recharge, and take pride in each facet of my life.


• Be a leader. Embrace shared success, be inclusive, and provide equal opportunity. Lift others up and use our collective talents to achieve our goals.

I hope everyone who joined us in this journey will stay connected and continue to empower each other. I look forward to continuing to learn and grow together.
